Q&A

Q: How do I Sign Up For One or More Of Your Shows?

A: Look over the information on each of our shows. You can pick one or as many as you like that fit your product or service. You can send us an e-mail and we will have someone get back to you as soon as possible or you can call us at toll-free at 1-800-736-5958.

Q: What do you need from me to sign up?

A: We will need your name, address, telephone, contact person, and a brief description of your product and service.

Q: How about move-in for your shows?

A: Move-in times are to be determined.

Q: What will I get with my booth space?

A: A standard booth is a 10' high back drape by 10' wide space with two 3' high side drapes. Electrical and other items that you will need for your booth can be obtained through the decorator for an additional charge.

Q: How about bulk space prices?

A: If you are looking for a non-standard size for your booth, a special bulk space rate is available by calling Affinity Events 800-736-5958.
