Move-In

Monday, February 18 through Thursday, February 21 until 12 noon. Exact move-in times and which truck door to use will be assigned according to display location, about 30 days before the show.

Move-Out

5:00 pm to 10:00 pm Sunday after the show, and 8:00 am through 12 noon, Monday. Nothing will be allowed to leave the show before 5:00 pm on Sunday.

Directions

From the East: Take I-70 West to the Broadway exit (Exit 2S).

From the West: Take I-70 East to I-635 East to the Central Street exit.

From the South (Kansas side): Take I-35 North to the Broadway exit.

From the South (Missouri side): Take 71 Highway North and merge onto ALT 70 & I-670 West via the exit on the left toward Kansas, take the Broadway exit (Exit 2S).

From the North: Take I-35 South across the Missouri River Bridge. Follow the signs saying I-70 East, then I-35 South staying to the East of the downtown buildings. Take the ALT 70 and I-670 West ramp, then exit at Broadway (Exit 2S).

Dock Pull-Up

We use all three dock doors (North, West and South) to enter the building for move-in and move-out. You will be assigned a dock door depending on the location of your exhibit space. Here are directions to each dock door:

North Dock Door: drive north on Broadway along the side of Bartle Hall. Turn right (East) on 12th Street and go to the far corner of the building (the NE corner). There is a curving ramp that leads up onto the dock level, and a door at the top to enter the building. DO NOT try to use the first ramp you see (NW corner of the building) as that is the DOWN ramp.

South Dock Door: drive South on Broadway along the side of Bartle Hall. Turn left (East) on 16th Street, and immediately left again into the South Dock loading area.

West Dock Door: this door is located in a separate small building on the West side of Broadway and connected to Bartle Hall with an enclosed bridge. If you are just getting off the freeway at exit 2S, then continue across Broadway like you are getting back on the freeway, but take the small driveway on the right. Driving North or South on Broadway, turn West onto the southbound I-35 entrance ramp. Just before getting onto the highway, take the small driveway on the right that leads up to the West Dock loading area.

Service Contractors

Decorator: If you need carpet, table, chairs, displays, decorations, signs, labor, etc., they can be rented from Geo E. Fern Co. the show decorator.

Drayage: If you need shipping into or out of the show, forklift service, or any type of heavy moving, these can be arranged with Geo E. Fern Co. the show decorator.

Utilities: If you need electricity, Internet, telephone, water or drain connections, they can be obtained from Capital Electric
